All project funding applications must be submitted through the FDCT Online Funding Application System
Starting from August 17, 2026, the Fund will no longer accept the creation of enterprise or association information in the FDCT Account System. Enterprises and associations must create a “Macao One Account” Entity User Account on the Business & Associations Platform.
Transitional Arrangements (August 17 to December 31, 2026):
Enterprises or associations that have already opened an account in the FDCT Account System may submit project applications using either of the following methods:
- Continue to use their existing FDCT account to log in to the funding application system and submit applications.
- Create a “Macao One Account” Entity User Account on the “Business & Associations Platform” and submit applications through the Platform.
Applications in an Individual Capacity (Natural Persons):
- Applicants may use their Macao One Account to log in to “Macao One Account” or the “Business & Associations Platform”.
Applications in the Name of an Enterprise or Association:
- Enterprises or associations must first create a “Macao One Account” Entity User Account on the “Business & Associations Platform”. For details of the procedures, please refer to the Business & Associations Platform thematic website (in Portuguese).
- After the Entity User Account has been created, the entity administrator of the enterprise or association must first log in to the “Business & Associations Platform” and register a valid electronic signing method under “Funding Services of the Science and Technology Development Fund” → “Management of Entities and Signing Rules.” The enterprise or association may submit project applications to the Fund only after the electronic signing method has been approved by the Fund.
Applications in the Name of a Higher Education Institution:
1. The project manager shall conduct real-name registration with the FDCT in person.

- School/Association/Institution Project Mangers Registration Form
- Bank Account Information Form
2. The project applicant can open an account only after finishing the real-name registration with the FDCT.
